01About these Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and — ("we", "us") governing your use of the Bazi Oracle website and related services (the "Service"). By accessing the Service or purchasing credits you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase credits.

You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Service is lawful in your country or region. Where local law restricts content of this nature, please do not use the Service; any consequences arising from your breach of local law are your own responsibility.

02What the Service is

The Service produces digital content based on traditional Chinese astrology (Four Pillars / BaZi and Liu Yao lines): chart casting, Five-Element analysis, Ten Gods structure and hexagram readings. Some interpretation text is generated by an AI model.

We may add, change or retire individual features from time to time, and will aim to give notice on the site.

03Account and credits

• No sign-up is required. We identify your account through a browser cookie and a device identifier so that credits and purchased content stay with the same user. Clearing cookies or switching devices may make earlier credits inaccessible; see the Privacy Policy.
• Credits are the unit of account for the Service and unlock specific features (full reports, Liu Yao deep readings, synastry readings, follow-up questions). Consumption is set out in the on-site credit table.
• Credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and bear no interest, and may only be used within the Service. Promotional credits (such as the 8 free credits for new users) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If credits are credited in error due to a system fault, we may correct the balance.

04Orders, payment and Merchant of Record

After you select a credit package and confirm, you are redirected to our payment provider's secure checkout. The price, currency and applicable taxes are those displayed at checkout. —

We never receive or store your full card number or payment credentials. Invoicing, tax collection and refunds are handled by the Merchant of Record under its own terms.

05Delivery

Credits are normally added to your account within seconds of a successful payment. The Service is delivered digitally and instantly; there is no physical shipment. If credits have not arrived within 30 minutes, email — with your order number and payment time and we will reconcile it within 2 business days.

06Refunds

Refund conditions, how to request one and processing times are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory or infringing purposes;
• rely on generated content for medical diagnosis, legal advice or investment decisions;
• resell, rent, scrape or mirror the Service, reverse-engineer it, or bypass credit checks;
• cast charts using another person's identity without consent, or submit third-party personal data without permission;
• interfere with normal operation, including automated high-frequency requests.

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, without refund of consumed credits.

08Intellectual property

The interface, algorithms, charting rules, copy and visual design belong to us or our licensors. The birth details and questions you submit remain yours; we process them only as needed to provide the Service. Generated report text is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

09Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that AI-generated text will be accurate or meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10Changes and termination

We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service for business, compliance or force majeure reasons. If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will give 30 days' notice on the site and refund unused paid credits on a pro-rata basis.

11Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of —, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith; if unresolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may bring proceedings before a competent court. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.

12Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site with a revised "last updated" date; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may stop using the Service and request a refund of unused credits under the Refund Policy.
